What Does A Franchisee Do?

The answer to the question "what does a franchisee do?" is impossible to pin down exactly as each person is different with their own expectations, hopes and dreams from a Football Business franchise.
But below is an example of what you might expect.
So, join us at Football Business as we head off to a league near you.
It begins on match night.
Darren bought his league through Football Business just a few months ago and is already into his second season. The last season ended, and one of the Operations Staff at his League Provider came to give the trophies out and take pictures for the team section on the website. The first match kicks off in 10 minutes and the teams are starting to arrive.
Darren is also the referee at his league – it cuts down on costs and he likes to be hands on. His Football Business contact explained that they could help him find a referee if he didn’t want to officiate himself, as many franchisees choose not to, but Darren enjoys it.
He busies himself by putting the pitch markings down. The teams are waiting to pay him the money. Darren’s is a three hour league and has 12 teams in, many leagues are longer than this and he’s is looking to expand in time for next season.
There are six games of football during the evening. And everyone enjoys it. Darren returns home and updates his results on the Content Management System that he learnt all about on his Football Business new Franchisee training week.
Thankfully everything ran like clockwork, so all he has to do is ring the teams who are enquiring to join the league and get them on the waiting list. He will definitely be able to expand next season!
The next day Darren pops to the places where his promotional material is housed to make sure that’s all still there. It is running a little low in some places – must be where all the new teams are coming from! So he makes a note to log in to the online partner shop on the Head Office website to order some. They do him a great deal, as he gets them at cost price.
Before he can do that, though, his phone rings. It’s the Head Office contact making sure everything was going well, they like to ring him at least once a week to make sure he’s ok.
He is.
